History
The New Brighton Club first opened its doors in the early 1950s in the seaside suburb of New Brighton. The club rooms were built on the site of the New Brighton tram terminal and have been expanded and upgraded over the years to the modern building it is today.

Club Facilities
The Club has the following for members to enjoy:

• The Pier View Restaurant is located upstairs and overlooks the picturesque pier and beach.
• The J C Walsh Lounge, which is named after an original club member and past president, is located upstairs and is the main entertainment lounge for the Club.
• The Tramshed Bar is the Club’s main bar and where you’ll find the Bistro and gaming machines
• The Leon Dixey Billiard Room.

         Many activities take place in the Pegasus Room, which is also                                      where functions, both Club and private, are held.
